Resource directories with configuration for JUnit integration tests of IdP and SP
This is a Source file in Eclipse even though it doesn't have java files. Contents are copied to the classpath and are available for JUnit tests. These files should not end up in the WAR

Fixed a bug that was causing attribute caching to fail under certain circumstances. The bug would not have been noticable to users, but would reduce performance under some complex attribute resolver configurations.

Non-Java source files in the tests directory now appear on the classpath for unit tests - Fixes bug 424

JUnit only picks up test case files that end in Test now to avoid picking up other classes in the test directory - Fixes bug 425

Added support for directories with in the bin directory (should have been there before, but wasn't)

To support Attribute Push, scan the POST Response for attributes and if any are present save it and use it as the Attribute Response instead of querying the AA.
Some cleanup of the attribute processing code.

Iterator based directly on SAML object becomes invalid if statements or attributes are deleted, so create a separate collection to iterate over.
