1) The AA now validates service provider credentials and matches relying party configuration against federation metadata.
2) For 1.2+ targets, the providerId is passed to subsystems as the "requester" instead of the shar name (parsed credential subject).

Remove xsi:type from <AttributeValue/> elements. This was basically a hack to get around improper validation in old versions of xerces. The new behavior is compatible with >= v1.1, at the least.
